The role of Senior SAP Client Sales Consultant:

  • Develop and manage client and candidate relationships in a competitive environment, coaching both parties when required
  • Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth within the SAP market
  • Recruit/Source/Head-Hunt for clients hiring needs
  • Proactively generate new business
  • Produce, qualify and follow up new business leads within the SAP market and pass on opportunities for the broader ERG.
  • End to end management of the recruitment lifecycle, supported by with members of the ERG team
  • Build and expand your professional network within the SAP market

Key Requirements

  • Experience of recruiting within the SAP market
  • Solid business development experience
  • Proven experience of winning new business
  • Skilled in building and expanding an extensive database of candidates
  • Consultative approach with strong communication and leadership skills.
