Three weeks into her new role as a talent acquisition partner, we asked Sukhi for her thoughts on her recent experience of joining the team, from the recruitment to the onboarding process and building relationships with the team. As our organisation was working remotely due to the National lockdown, we chatted to her via Microsoft Teams.
We’ve been working hard at adapting our recruitment and induction practices to reflect the current conditions, along with increasing ways in which our team stay connected, so we’re delighted to see Sukhi’s sense of belonging to our team and our values.
