We are currently recruiting people to join our Houston, US Team.

This role involves working with clients whose first language is English and therefore requires complete oral and written fluency to enable conversing at a ‘business-to-business’ level. English does not have to be your first language, but absolute fluency is required.

The role of recruitment consultant:

• Building relationships with clients.
• Expanding your professional network.
• Obtaining job requirements.
• Management of the recruitment process, including liaising with candidate resourcers.
• Previous experience is required, but all recruitment consultants are provided with an ongoing extensive recruitment training programme.

Key Requirements for our recruitment consultant:

• Oracle/SAP recruitment experience required.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Motivated to succeed.
• Great attitude in looking for solutions.
• Belief in yourself and your abilities.
• Self-confident to be a winner.
