Ellis Recruitment Group’s 6-month Accelerate Recruitment Training programme provides you with a blended learning path, covering candidate identification, recruitment process flows, client and candidate experience.

Depending on experience, established recruiters joining the Ellis Recruitment Group come in as Client Sales Consultants onwards.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Your recruiting journey starts, the initial three months will be spent resourcing before progressing into business development. After six months, you will progress to a Junior Client Sales Consultant.

Junior Client Sales Consultant

You have the Recruiter basics, with further on-the-job training in IT client identification, communication, process flows, and technology product training.

Client Sales Consultant

End-to-end recruitment process execution, looking after IT client’s sales cycle with resourcing support from Accelerate Consultants.

Senior Client Sales Consultant

Utilising your recruitment experience, you will have your own specific accounts to manage and develop, along with developing new business opportunities.

Team Lead

A Senior Sales Consultant role, with responsibility for the development of a team of Accelerate and Client Sales Consultants.

General management, ensuring that all KPI’s are achieved and or exceeded.

After working in the retail sector for 5 years and getting my first taste of recruitment in the perm market, I joined the world of contract recruitment looking for my next challenge and career. Throughout my career I have gained an excellent understanding and knowledge of the Oracle market and have become a very successful recruiter working with both candidates and clients.
