Accelerate Programme – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Our 6-month programme, provides you with a blended learning path, covering candidate identification and process flows and client and candidate experience. Your first 3 months will be spent resourcing before progressing into business development. After 6 months you will progress to a junior client sales consultant.

Junior Client Sales Consultant

On-the-job training in client identification, communication, process flows, and product.

Client Sales Consultant

End-to-end process execution, looking after the client sales cycle with resourcing support from Accelerate consultants.

Senior Client Sales Consultant

As client sales consultant role, but with your own accounts to manage.

After working in the retail sector for 5 years and getting my first taste of recruitment in the perm market, I joined the world of contract recruitment looking for my next challenge and career.
