We are currently recruiting for people to join our German Market Team.
The role can be based in Germany, UK, or Ireland.
On offer is the chance for hard working, motivated individuals who are hungry for financial success to extend their career in IT recruitment.
This role involves working with clients whose first language is German and therefore requires complete oral and written fluency in German to enable conversing at a ‘business to business’ level. It doesn’t have to be your first language, but absolute fluency is required.
The role of Client Sales Consultant:
- Building relationships with clients
- Expanding your professional network
- Obtaining job requirements
- Management of the recruitment process including liaising with Candidate Resourcers
Previous experience is required but all Client Sales Consultants are provided with an ongoing extensive Recruitment Training Programme.

- The ability and desire to Sell on the telephone and face to face
- Complete ‘business to business’ fluency in German
- Fluency in English
